You will need:
Base plates
Lego
Photoshop
Choose an image and open it in photoshop
Use the "Cutout" filter to break the image into base colors (you can select the number of colors, the image below is using 4)
Next apply the patchwork filter, your tile size can be altered here
Now you are ready to painstakingly place the lego tiles in the correct order to your base plates
